Why we started.
We have always seen many of those products that are out of the ordinary online, it is impossible to find them, yet we want them, we want to be different and have those products that are difficult to come by. This is why we opened Rosefii. We wanted to create an online store that has a huge amount of products that you are looking to buy and feel safe doing so.

We know how annoying it is not receiving status updates about your order. That is why with us, you will receive updates once you complete your order, once your products have been shipped and so on. We wont spam you either with emails either!

At times you may be looking for something specific that we might not have. Fear not! All you need to do is contact us and we will try source it and add it to our store.

We know how difficult it is trying to get through those chatbots. That is why we decided to have our chatbot help you with the basics, if you still get stuck you can just ask to speak to an agent and youre through to a human.
